Do I need to complete the Design Estimate Form to get pricing?

Yes, absolutely! We cannot provide accurate pricing or event-specific details via phone or chat without this important step. This ensures we provide you with a precise quote tailored to your event rather than generic estimates. Once submitted, we’re happy to discuss further details with you.

What areas do you service and do you provide delivery and setup?

We’re based in Conyers, GA and service Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Yes, we handle everything! Our professional installation crew delivers, sets up, and installs all your balloon designs. After your event, we return for complete takedown and cleanup—you don’t have to worry about a thing. We design for both indoor and outdoor venues.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and weekends. Your deposit secures your event date and is required to guarantee our services. Our quotes are valid for 7 days, and final payment is due 7 days before your event. Early booking also gives us more time to perfect your custom design vision.

What types of events do you create balloon designs for?

We create stunning balloon art for all occasions! From corporate events like grand openings, galas, and ribbon cuttings to personal celebrations including weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, and anniversaries. No event is too big or too small—if you can dream it, we can create it. Each design is customized to fit your specific theme and style.

What happens if weather affects my outdoor balloon display?

We use only the highest quality balloons and professional construction techniques for maximum durability. However, once our final walkthrough is completed and we’ve handed over your event, weather-related changes (heat, rain, wind, or snow) are beyond our control. We’ll work with you during planning to choose the most weather-appropriate designs for outdoor events and provide recommendations to maximize the lifespan of your displays.
