TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR EVENT DESIGNS BY SHERRY 

Please Read Carefully Before Submitting Your Request:

By submitting the Design Estimate Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Agreement provided by Event Designs by Sherry. Completing the Design Estimate form does not secure your booking but initiates the proposal process.

All payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided. Please note that your deposit is required to secure your event date and is nonrefundable. Final payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event. If the final payment is not received by this deadline, your deposit will be forfeited, and we will be unable to deliver your balloon order. We sincerely appreciate your prompt attention to payments and look forward to making your celebration memorable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, Event Designs by Sherry will honor the same service fee for a rescheduled event within 30 days. We will ensure that your balloon décor is delivered as promised. Please note that all payments submitted for your event are nonrefundable.

WEATHER: Event Designs by Sherry is not responsible for any reactions or changes to the balloons caused by inclement weather, including heat, rain, wind, or snow, once the final walk-through with the client has been completed.

STRUCTURE PLACEMENT: 

Once structures have been placed by the Event Designs by Sherry team, we kindly ask that they not be moved. If you feel adjustments are needed, please notify our staff before they depart from the setup. Please note that the client assumes responsibility for any damages caused by relocating or altering the structures after they have been placed by our team.

STRIKE: 

Balloon cleanup services will be scheduled during the planning process and must be completed no later than two weeks after the event date.

Event Designs by Sherry are legally exempt from any liability for harm caused by the misuse of balloons as toys, allergic reactions, or injuries resulting from a popped balloon. All balloons purchased from us are subject to this exemption of responsibility, and by completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Event Designs by Sherry specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Event Designs by Sherry be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of balloons, even if the customer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Additionally, for any balloons supplied by the client, Event Designs by Sherry assumes no responsibility for defective materials, popping, or the final outcome of structures created with such balloons.

We’re excited to collaborate with you on bringing your vision to life! During your consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas with our team and submit up to four inspiration structures for us to quote. Once you receive your quote, you’re welcome to request up to two rounds of changes at no additional cost. After the second round of adjustments, any further changes will incur a "change order fee" of $150 per request.
